1. Rectification of Donation Errors

If a donor believes there has been an error in the donation amount, purpose, or any other parameter, we request you to inform Arsia Charitable Trust at the earliest. We will make every effort to rectify the error promptly, provided the requested change is feasible.

2. Cancellation of Donation

If you wish to cancel your donation for any reason, please notify us within 48 hours of making the donation by sending an email to contact@arsiacharitabletrust.org or call us at +917827512613. Once your request is received, we will initiate the refund process.

3. Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used during the donation.
• Please note that it may take 7-10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment gateway policies.

4. Non-Refundable Donations

Donations made towards specific campaigns, events, or causes where funds have already been utilized or committed may not be eligible for a refund. We will assess such requests on a case-by-case basis.

5. Additional Charges

Any charges deducted by the payment gateway or intermediary bank during the transaction may not be refunded. In such cases, only the net donation amount will be refunded.
